Prävention bei DCIS (IBIS-II-DCIS): eine randomisierte Doppelblindstudie um Tamoxifen mit Anastrozol bei Frauen mit lokal behandeltem, hormonrezeptor-positivem (ER oder PgR) ductalem in-situ-Karzinom (DCIS) in Bezug auf krankheitsfreies Überleben und Nebenwirkungsprofile zu vergleichen.
IBIS-II wurde in Fortsetzung von IBIS-I geplant, um herauszufinden, inwieweit eine Chemoprävention von Brustkrebs vorteilhaft ist. IBIS-I untersuchte den Gebrauch von Tamoxifen zur Prävention bei Frauen mit moderatem oder erhöhtem Brustkrebsrisiko.
