Prävention bei Frauen mit erhöhtem Risiko (IBIS-II-Prävention): eine randomisierte Doppelblindstudie um Anastrozol mit einem Placebo bei Frauen mit erhöhtem Brustkrebsrisiko zu vergleichen.
IBIS-II wurde in Fortsetzung von IBIS-I geplant, um herauszufinden, inwieweit eine Chemoprävention von Brustkrebs vorteilhaft ist. IBIS-I untersuchte den Gebrauch von Tamoxifen zur Prävention bei Frauen mit moderatem oder erhöhtem Brustkrebsrisiko.
